LENT & EASTER 2024
Walk & Talk with a seasonal reflection. We walk together, everyone is welcome what ever your speed. We meet at the post box on Natland Village Green at 10.30am, we will return by Noon. (Tuesdays 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th March)
Lent Charity Soup Lunches in the Vestry 12 – 1.00pm. Do come along and enjoy a good lunch and good company, all in a good cause.
We are raising funds this Lent for Child Poverty Action Group and the Red Cross (Israel and Occupied Palestinian Territory Appeal).

The service of Compline is a quiet and reflective service. It will last 30minutes and is a nice way to end the day. The services will be held on 23rd Feb, 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd March

Jesus at the Movies
We will be showing a film about Jesus which will be followed by conversation about the film. All are very welcome. 106 Highgate (Kendal United Reformed Church). Tuesdays 5th March & 19th March at 2.30pm or at 7pm.
Afternoon Tea Party
Everyone is invited to join us at a Tea Party on Sunday 10th March starting at 4pm with activities for all.
Charity Coffee Morning held in the church. Thursday 14th March 10.30 – 11.45 in aid of church funds. The launch of the Great Spud in the Bucket competition 2024 will take place at the coffee morning.
Stations of the Cross
A service of the Stations of the Cross. Sunday 17th March at 7pm with contemporary art and music. All are welcome. Refreshments will be served afterwards.

Holy Week & Easter
Coffee, Hot Cross Buns & Reflection Crosscrake Church 10am – 12noon.
Come and join ‘A Special Service for Holy Week & Easter’ with St Mark’s CE School 2.15pm.
6pm Holy Communion and stripping of the Altar.
10am All Age Outdoor service (or if too cold or wet – indoors) followed by Hot Cross Buns and drink
12 noon – 3pm ‘At The Cross’ Come along for some or all of this reflective service.
Easter Eve (Holy Saturday)
6pm Compline in church.
The service of Compline is a quiet and reflective service. It will last 30minutes.
6.45am Sunrise Service at Kendal Castle with other Christians from around the area.
8am Holy Communion a said service.
10am Easter Communion and lighting of the Pascal Candle.
There will be a Big Easter Egg Hunt + other activities
